Since its reopening in 1992, it is hard to imagine the cultural scene without the variety theatre opposite the opera. Fascinating artistry in an atmospheric setting and culinary delights guarantee a very special experience! In lavishly staged show productions, guests experience the many facets of modern variety art up close in a unique ambience with a mix of past, present and future.
In the latenight concert with Santiago Moreno on Friday evening, percussion art can be enjoyed in the ambience of the GOP at the Überschlag Festival.

The GOP Varieté Theatre is located on Opernplatz in Hanover's city centre. We recommend travelling to the theatre by public transport or bicycle.
