A huge hands-on concert for children aged 5 to 12.
After the successful children's concert in the last Überschlag edition, we have once again organized a percussion quartet for you - this time the GRAMMY award-winning ensemble Third Coast Percussion is coming all the way from Chicago to introduce us to the building blocks of music - rhythm, melody and timbre. They have a great hands-on program with activities like clapping and singing. You'll learn about the extraordinary variety of percussion instruments found in cultures around the world - but also in your own kitchen cupboards.
A great special feature is that the concert is spoken by the four guys in English, while one person translates live into German.
